  • Produced Studio Skate, a five-event experiential activation series at 99 Scott designed to convert Chalet dinner guests into a second-half-of-night experience: vendor coordination, programming, day-of execution, 1,000+ person invite list
  • Ran the floor and led a five-person team at a Brooklyn members club where the brand was the membership and every shift was a brand activation
  • Opened Habibi and SAA alongside the flagship: buildout walk-throughs, service-flow design, FOH training, opening-week ops
  • Worked the floor for Tyla's release party, Odell Beckham Jr.'s birthday, and Luar fashion shows
  • Managed founding member, regular, and VIP relationships; at a members club, that's the actual product
  • Coordinated corporate buyouts with HR, Facilities, and Comms; daily ops on Resy, OpenTable, and Toast
Digital Marketing Analyst Mar 2021 – Apr 2023

  • Managed paid social for J.Crew's post-bankruptcy rebrand across six platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn) inside a $250K monthly budget
  • Pulled daily optimizations against ROAS, handled weekly client reporting, and called platform shifts in real time while the brand was rewriting its own story in public
  • Dug through five years of historical campaign data, found patterns nobody had flagged, and put them to work in live optimization
  • Watched brand recovery happen up close at one of the more scrutinized retail comebacks of the era

  • Ran the floor across lunch, dinner, and late-night at a high-volume bar, day-one through close alongside family ownership
  • When COVID hit, rebuilt the entire operation: online ordering, digital marketing to bring takeout customers in, kitchen-to-curb fulfillment built from scratch
  • Wrote the SOPs for every reopening phase and retrained the team each time the restrictions changed
  • Closed every night: financial reports, cash reconciliation, Health Department walk-throughs, the whole shift-end stack
Digital Strategy Assistant Jun 2018 – May 2019

  • Ran digital fundraising for state and local political candidates at six-figure list scale: 100,000+ subscribers, real money on the line every send
  • Drafted fundraising emails and A/B tested everything: subject lines, tone, ask amounts, button order
  • Built the HTML/CSS templates that went out through the CRM; creative production in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Learned that political fundraising is just marketing under maximum pressure; every conversion is a vote you might actually win
